Your product was a lifesaver. My wife's mother was staying with us for a few months and before we purchased this hearing aid, our days consisted of a TV at full volume which could be heard throughout the house along with conversations screamed at the top of our lungs. After she put in the hearing aids, our life became much more relaxed as she could hear things normally, something that was not possible when she tried using her old, expensive hearing aids. This is a great product for those of us who simply need an alternative to a prescription hearing aid. I am very pleased with the quality and performance of this product and with the quality of their customer service. This company truly cares about their customers in the old-fashioned way, and is not so large that you cannot speak with a real person if you have any questions. I tried a Songbird disposable aid, and though the cost was about the same, it did not perform to the standards of the Acoustitone PRO, nor did it have the replacement battery option as has the Acoustitone PRO. This hearing aid and this company are excellent, and I highly recommend the Acoustitone PRO. You can be sure you will find a caring company on the other end of the phone should you have any problems. Well, first of all I want you to know that I wear glasses and to think to put a behind the ear hearing aid on would work....it does!!! (Glasses on first then the hearing aid) It is very comfortable.
Over the years my hearing in my left is was going. Everyone in my family has hearing problems and all wear aids. I bought the Acoustitone Pro. The service of ordering it and receiving it was just awesome. It arrived about a week before it was due. I immediately put it into my left ear. The sound was so clear. I heard things that I never thought made noise. LOL When I go to the store I would ask my husband if they are really that noisy. I am now having long and enjoyable conversations with my husband. I do not have to have him repeat what he says. Watching TV now I can turn down the volume from 50 to 28 and not miss a thing. I have my hearing aid set at 2.
The hearing aid is non-noticeable on me. The only thing you can see is the tube going to the ear when I turn my head.

The Acoustitone Pro has been my Mom's favorite. She has had two more expensive aids before this one. She has no hearing in one ear and a profound loss in her better one. So, for her to say that the A.P. was better, was a great relief for the family. The tube is a little long for her so she would like to have it fitted a little tighter. This aid can be adjusted too loud ( a first ), so she has to dial it in. So far, it is a great device.
